Multiple bolt holes not counter sunk to right depth. Bottom cross brace was 6 to short. The directions are terrible. Crumppled piece of paper in the corner, don’t throw it out. Once assembled it’s amazing!!! This was pretty easy to put together. My husband and son did it in less than an hour. It is pretty awesome. Very relaxing and very comfortable. I would highly recommend. Just make sure you have a big enough area for it because it is big. Solid constuction, good looking, comfortable. Very nice addition to our outdoor area!
